A picturesque heritage site owned by the City of St. Catharines and operated by the Friends of Morningstar Mill. Located at Decew Falls, the site backs onto the Bruce Trail and is a popular picnic and photo location for local residents and visitors.

giants from the observation deck or from the 2nd floor Lock View Lounge. During your visit to the site, take time to explore the Museum’s exhibition galleries where local history is brought to life. The outdoor Discovery Park provides an added opportunity to soak up the local history or to just enjoy a picnic in the tranquil surroundings. 9am-5pm daily. Wheelchair accessible.
